During my brief stay, I found Hotel X to be a mixed bag in terms of value and luxury. the location is convenient for travelers needing quick access to the airport, and the staff were indeed helpful. On the positive side, the room service was efficient and the food offered was tasty and reasonably priced. Ashu, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service and attention to detail. the room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat amidst the chaos of late-night check-ins. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, malfunctioning amenities like the TV and AC, and the absence of power backup during an extended power failure detracted significantly from the overall experience. These issues highlighted a disconnect between the hotel's pricing and the quality of the services provided. In conclusion, while Hotel X may offer some value for money in terms of affordability and location, the overall lack of attention to detail and subpar facilities make it a questionable choice for those seeking a truly luxurious or comfortable stay.
